What is the Returning Customers Discount?
Purchases of $50 (USD) or more gain the customer a percentage of that purchase in credit that they can use on their next purchase of $50 (USD) or more. 10% in credit is given if TrimeraShop does not have to pay any money transfer fees, such as while using Western Union or a bank transfer. 6% in credit is given if a form of payment is used where TrimeraShop must pay they money transfer fees, such as Paypal.
As an example: You purchase 1 million gp through Western Union for $479 and receive $48 credit. Later on you buy a Mastermind Shield ($129) but use your $48 credit so only pay $81!
Is TrimeraShop safe?
Yes, I guarantee that you will get everything that you pay for. Trimerashop has been operating since October 2004 and I make no attempt to hide my identity, you know my real life name and my in game character. Although you can not publicly ask about TrimeraShop in game, it does have a very good reputation.
Can I pay using a Credit Card?
Yes, you can use a Credit Card with either Paypal or Western Union. If you choose Paypal you must set up an account with them at www.paypal.com and then verify your account. Paypal verification is different in each country, but in the US you must add your bank account to the Paypal account, in most other countries your credit card will be billed for a small amount and you must input a special code appearing on your Credit Card bill. If you do not wish to add your bank account or don't want to wait for the account to be verified you can use Western Union, which does not require any account set up. You can use your credit card online from several countries at www.westernunion.com otherwise you must go into a Western Union agent and fill out a form, the list of worldwide agent locations is at their homepage. Western Union will charge you fees, however you do get some of that back in the form of the 10% Returning Customers Discount.
How can I pay without a Credit Card?
If you live in the US you can use a bank account to make instant payments online with Paypal, I believe they've extended this to a few other countries too and you can check for your own country at www.paypal.com. You can pay using nearly any payment method through Western Union, you must go into one of their agents and fill out a form and pay, then I can collect the payment from a local agent. You can also wire the money directly into my bank account, your own bank will give you details on this.
Does TrimeraShop sell items on other servers?
No, if you're interested in buying items on other servers you can check TibiaShop to see if any one else has set up a shop for that server.
Will TrimeraShop buy my Trimera items?
Most of the items for sale are earnt in game by Pskonejott but there has been occasions where TrimeraShop has purchased items to re-sell. If you're looking to sell Trimera items or gp and believe you have a good offer you can email me and I'll get back to you.
Will TrimeraShop buy my non-Trimera items?
Depending on the price and server, it may be possible. The offer would have to be very good, but if you think you have a good offer email me with the item and your price.
Does TrimeraShop violate the Tibia Rules?
No, TrimeraShop does not violate the Tibia rules, the Tibia rules govern what you can do while playing Tibia and what you can do on the official Tibia site. The rules state that it is illegal to advertise trades of game items or currency for RL money and services, it would be illegal to post a link to TrimeraShop in game or on the forums but it is not illegal for me to run this site or for you to come here, email me and buy items. Only the act of advertising these sales is illegal, but for this reason you should never talk about TrimeraShop or any transactions with TrimeraShop on the www.tibia.com forums or in any public chat channel in game. If you talk about these things you are letting anyone watching know that this site exists, and hence you are advertising it and risk banishment.
Does TrimeraShop sell characters?
No, unlike item and currency sales, character sales are illegal no matter where they take place. The person who created an account owns that account forever, Cipsoft does not provide means to change ownership of an account and explicitely forbid it in their terms of service. You should never purchase a Tibia account, if you do you risk the account being deleted and losing your investment. You are better off raising your own characters and buying items to help you along the way, if needed.
Does TrimeraShop trade in premium time?
No, TrimeraShop does not buy or sell premium time. TibiaShop was asked not to trade in premium time by Cipsoft and we comply.
