The information collected may include real life names, in game aliases, email addresses, IP addresses, and any other information supplied for the purposes of billing.

PRICES AND TRANSACTIONS:

Due to the nature of internet game economies, prices are subject to change at any time. All sales are final.

TrimeraShop operates using United States (USD) currency, for your convenience a conversion tool is provided to adjust prices to Canadian (CAD), New Zealand (NZD), and Australian (AUD) currencies. The conversion rate is not live and is usually updated every time item prices are adjusted using conversion rates supplied by www.xe.com. When making a purchase in CAD, NZD, or AUD the prices indicated by the TrimeraShop conversion tool are charged. At your request the USD price and current conversion rate supplied by www.xe.com will be used for the purchase.

In the event that items or game currency are delivered and the server is reset back to a state before the delivery, the items and game currency will be re-delivered.

All purchases from TrimeraShop are comprised entirely of the time spent in obtaining, storing, and delivering in-game currency and items.
